Four years ago now I moved to the sunny Bay of Plenty Tauranga region and I'm glad I did. The combination of sun, sea and relaxation was just what I needed.

As part of my journey, I turned to cooking as I found it very therapeutic and came across Chelsea Winter and her delicious recipes. Which were really simple to follow, have really healthy and nutritious ingredients and always tasted in my words yummy.

I recently purchased her supergood cook book, after receiving a voucher from my brother for my birthday and was thrilled with the lovely recipes. Although I'm not vegan or vegetarian, I found that the recipes were fantastic and decided to go with it and eat meat free a couple of nights per week and to be honest I have felt better for it.

The recipes are all plant based but you wouldnt know it each one tastes delicious.
