Recently I have been through some major changes in my life, both personally and professionally and I needed to find an outlet for my I guess you would say frustrations.

I found personally by writing down my troubles in some way it helped me to gain some perspective on what was troubling me and to come up with ways I can deal with things in my life alot better.
