I love doing this on the beach doing little walk then running sprints, with the added benefit of the sand for resistance.

Yoga:

Yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility. This ancient practice can help you improve your balance and increase your muscle tone, through different moves. I am still not sure of yoga I find the moves hard to get into, maybe as I get more flexible I will introduce yoga, added with meditation this can be a very effective workout for that inner peace feeling.

Pilates:

Pilates is a great way to build core strength and improve your posture. This type of exercise can help you achieve a strong and toned body. My personal favourite exercise I found Emma jory my trainer on face book you can try her classes at www.epilates.com.

Bodyweight exercises:

Bodyweight exercises are a great way to build strength and tone your muscles. This type of training doesn't require any equipment and can be done anywhere, making it perfect for those who are short on time.

No matter what your fitness goals are, there's a workout routine that's perfect for you.
